I bought a new home a year ago and after dabbling with native planting at my previous house, I knew I wanted to trust the help and expertise of a professional this time around. I found Trecia/GGED through Beech Hollow Nursery and I am SO GLAD that I did! Trecia made several trips to my house to measure everything, talk through my vision and options, understand light patterns and soil conditions, and be sure that her plan would align to my goals. We also talked through multiple plant species, alternatives, updates, available inventory and which species complement each other when planted together. I decided to break my project into two parts - front yard and side yard - and Trecia worked with me every step of the way on timing, budget, plants, recommendations and more. The end result is an absolutely beautiful plan and design that I've already started planting, and that had my first monarchs this season. I am so happy with the native beauty that is already here as well as the plan to action going forward. If I could give Trecia/GGED more than five stars, I would!

We reached out to GGED after getting inspired to invest in our yard, and were looking for a design service separate from the install service so that we could save a little money by doing the build out ourselves. Some research on designers specializing in native plant designs led me to reach out and we couldn't be happier! Trecia (the designer behind the company) was so wonderful to work with, incredibly knowledgeable, and, most importantly, the final product was amazing! Trecia's deliverable included a layered design, a video walkthrough of the design features, and a summary of facts and features of incorporated plants including what types of pollinators and animals they attract. She offered to help us source our plants as well for the ones we had difficulty finding and gave lots of sage advice along the way. We are now well underway with the implementation of the project design and so so happy with our choice to work with GGED.

Trecia was wonderful to work with while designing my native plant and pollinator-friendly landscape. She is easy to talk with and highly knowledgeable. Highly recommend

Trecia Neal was such a pleasure to work with. She created a beautiful native landscaping plan for my home. I have a dog and she even included a little dog in the final design. I felt listened to and she created a fantastic design. I cannot wait to finish implementing the plan and to enjoy my native plants!
